When her daughter turned testy and pessimistic, MaKenzie stopped pointing the finger at her and started looking for her own pattern. She is an Advanced Human Design Practitioner, a mum of three and the founder of The Clean Mom Edit. She came to this work the hard way, through burnout, loss and a baby whose eczema would not settle until she learned to regulate herself first. Victoria Bond and MaKenzie talk human design for real family life, the nervous system, and the small resets that bring a home back into flow.
