What to expect on recording day

We record on Zoom, video and audio, and most conversations run 45 to 60 minutes. I am in New Zealand, so your booking link will show times in your own time zone. A quiet room, headphones and a decent microphone make a big difference.

Once your episode is live on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, the team will send you everything you need to share it with your community.
