What people say after watching
This really resonated woth me. I found myself really listening to my fiancƩ. When he was explaining something to me the other day. And instead of me thinking of my response as he was speaking, I just relaxed and listened and paid attention to his body language and What I was feeling and became so emotional because I really got a chance to hear him and feel him without any input from me. So this was really helpful, because I have been working towards being more present and really feeling Spirit around me.
Fantastic thank you Victoria- I watched your video last night and this morning made my coffee āin the moment ā tuning in to thoughts feels and sounds and Iāll admit it took probably twice as long to make but Iām sure itās no coincidence it tasted twice as good! Real comments, word for word, from the video on YouTube.
In her own words
“Quietness can be created by turning off devices, shutting doors, putting on earmuffs, but it doesn't necessarily create stillness. Stillness is that of ourselves. It is created within us.”
“When you're doing readings, you don't want to be thinking about what you're cooking for dinner. You want to be there, hyperfocused on the person that you are working with and their spirit guides and the cards that you're pulling.”
“When you give yourself the space to be present, to be focused, to be where you are at rather than being beyond in the future and in the past or trying to be something, when you just are, your world will explode.”
Questions this video answers
Do I need to meditate every day to develop my psychic gifts?
In a perfect world, I would be doing my yoga, my meditations, my chi breathing, all of these things every single day. But in the real world, that just does not happen. So what if I just gave myself a couple of minutes every single morning that is incorporated into something that I already do? What if that two to three minutes a day was just as powerful, because you're training all of those muscles?
What is the two minute coffee practice?
When I turned on my coffee machine, when I boiled the jug, I stood there focusing on my breath, focusing on my channel, bringing myself into a nothingness or an observation of my thinking. I gave myself two to three minutes every single morning, and I still do this, where I can come into myself to set myself up for the day. Fill it up, turn it on, and play it out. That can be your timer.
Why does being present matter for mediumship?
When you're doing a reading for another, you want to have your presence there. And often in the spaces, when you're taking that breath, when you're closing your eyes and you're like, just going to tune in for a moment, so much can happen. In those moments, in that thirty seconds or three minutes or even three seconds, you can receive so much information.
How do I use my intuition in everyday conversations?
So what if you tried this instead? You watched yourself. You observed. You stayed present with what the person is saying. You stay present in the pauses. You open your heart and you simply allow yourself to receive the information. And notice what you notice. It's so simple but so profound. Always wait for an invitation, or ask for an invitation, if information comes through.

A message at an everyday appointment
A little memory has just popped through as we're talking. I went to a specialised naturopath. I went to him because I was having trouble sleeping. So I took my little boy Christian with me, and I said to him, I can feel spirit, and all these things are happening to me. And he said, I totally believe you. Is there anyone around me right now?
And this was at the end of our session, and I said, yes. What I'm sensing is there's a lady, and there's also a little child, and the lady's name is Margaret, I think it was. And she is sending her love to you and your wife, and she's giving you a hug, and she's a really nice lady.
“And he goes, and her name was Margaret. And I was like, what? This is crazy.”
This is me just going to an everyday appointment because I was having sleep issues. And then I said, oh, who's the child? And he goes, I don't know who the child is, but the child has come through so many times. People often see a child around me.
It only came through when I was there, present, noticing the spaces, noticing the feelings, and not trying to respond before the person had finished. When you give yourself the space to be present, to be focused, to be where you are at, when you just are, your world will explode.
Your gifts aren’t blocked. You may just be overriding them.
In my free masterclass, The Mediumship Frequency, I’ll show you why the message gets messy on the way through, and the sixty second practice that changes it. Watch it tonight, as often as you like.

30 days of practicing while I was making myself a cup of coffee every morning changed my life. I'm going to be honest with you. A long time ago, I was going to chi every week and we would sit there for an hour and receive the beautiful chi from the chi master. When I had a one to one session with my chi master, he told me that I needed to meditate every single day. I literally laughed out loud and told him my life was so crazy busy. I had no spare time, let alone to meditate.
So, if you're a person like me, your life is busy and you don't have time to carve out for an hour a day to sit on a pillow and coming into the focus and the chanting and whatever it is. I get it and this video is going to be perfect for you. Now, I'm a person that loves going to silent retreats. I love meditating. I love doing yoga, but I find it hard to maintain. So, I'm not perfect.
And of course, in a perfect world, I would be doing my yoga, my meditations, my chi breathing, all of these things every single day. And I would probably carve out 3 hours for it if I could. But in the real world, that just does not happen. So what I did is I did a little experiment and I was like, well rather than like putting all these things in my diary and failing because life happens. What if I just gave myself a couple of minutes every single morning that is incorporated into something that I already do? So what I did is when I turned on my coffee machine, when I boiled the jug, pushed the little button after filling it up, I stood there focusing on my breath.
Focusing on my channel, bringing myself into a nothingness or an observation of my thinking. I gave myself 2 to 3 minutes every single morning and I still do this where I can come into myself to set myself up for the day. Now, this can quite often feel counterproductive and I know I've got tons of friends that love to multitask. They're like, "When the jug is boiling, I'm making the sandwiches, emptying the dishwasher, folding up the washing." You probably get what I'm talking about, right? But what if you just didn't? You could even put a timer on your watch.
You could even put a timer on your phone. You could even put the kitchen timer on. You could even just go with what I do, which is easy, and just go with a jug. Fill it up, turn it on, and play it out. That can be your timer. And it's real simple what you want to do. And I'm going to share with you the three things to do today, which is a game changer.
Again, this is simple, not always easy because the brain comes in and goes, I want to get things done. At the time where the jug is boiling, I'm usually emptying the dishwasher, folding the washing, making the lunches. How am I going to do this? I don't have the time. It's 2 to 3 minutes. Maybe it's only even 1 minute. I'm telling you now, one of my sayings is something is better than nothing.
Because something is literally better than nothing. And what I find is a week goes by, two weeks, 3 months, and I haven't done the meditating that I promised I would do when I ended that yoga retreat, that meditation, that silent retreat that I go to. I promised myself I would do it, but I couldn't maintain it. So, we keep it simple, sweetheart. The kiss methodology and we start where we are at. Now, you're going to probably struggle a little bit with this.
Now, maybe you're already really advanced in this area and you're really embodied in yourself and you've done a lot of personal development. So, if that is the case, then maybe challenge yourself in another area. Okay? Still with meditation or still with embodiment, but maybe stretch out whatever you're doing and challenge yourself, something that you've been wanting to do. But for those of you that are just like me and you make these promises and you know what you should be doing, this is perfect because it's going to be a challenge within itself because of this active monkey brain that is always trying to get everything done. Especially when we're super mums, we're super human, we're superwoman, and we are trying to get everything done to really show that we are super efficient, but we're not getting to the thing that we need to when it comes to our psychic abilities, our intuition, and of course, our channelling.
I truly believe in Einstein time. I believe that we get to create our time. And when my chi master said, "You've got to find the time every day," I felt a real deep resistance and a little bit of resentment because he was a male. He didn't have any children. And I simply thought, "He doesn't get it." Now whether that's true or not, I'm not sure, but that's what my mind was thinking at the time. And I realised that this wasn't helping me at all.
So, my little hack was to create the time by asking the question, what would it take for me to have the time and space to meditate? And I'm inviting you today just to say that for just 2 minutes. What would it take for me to have the time to do this meditation, to do this practice in 2 minutes? And I'm going to share with you the three categories that are going to help you to really expand your capacity to do this. I'm going to share with you the three categories that when you put into practice is going to help you to accelerate your mediumship faster than ever before. And yes, it's really really simple.
So the first one is attention to the moments. This is very self explanatory. Now yes, you put your focus on your work or different things that you're doing, right? Different focuses that you're doing. But what about the details? When the jug is boiling, then it's like actually noticing noticing the noise, noticing the steam, noticing what your thoughts are doing at that time, noticing any urges that you have to empty the dishwasher or make the lunches or fold the washing.
Noticing what is popping off in the to do list. What if you're noticing all of the small things going on? And this is one of the tricks that I've learned with all of the tools and processes that I have integrated over the years. What can I smell? What can I see? What can I hear? What can I feel? What am I noticing right now? What is alive within me right now?
So, the sensitry questions is going to bring you back into your body. And then the other questions are going to bring you into your consciousness of what am I noticing about myself? Once we start bringing conscious awareness to this, we will start noticing when our mind is going into commentary. So by simply focusing on the jug or maybe you're getting your cup and the coffee and the spoon and the milk. I've been noticing when I go to the fridge and then I open the fridge and I'm grabbing the milk. I'm actually nearly commentating.
I am boiling the jug right now. I am grabbing the coffee. I am opening the fridge and I've got the milk now. I'm pouring the milk. What it does is it brings you into presence rather than going out somewhere else which isn't the present moment. Why is this so important? Because when you're doing readings, you don't want to be thinking about what you're cooking for dinner.
You want to be there hyperfocused on the person that you are working with and their spirit guides and the cards that you're pulling. And here is the coolest thing that I love about mediumship. I can be pulling a card chatting to my client about what I'm seeing at the same time sensing the spirit over there who is communicating with me and communicating with them. When we can manage the mind and come into the 5D expression of self and understand how it works, we start to multi communicate. So, not multitasking from this monkey mind, the to do list, but multifunctioning from a 5D consciousness. Category two is all about the in between.
I've heard so many teachers talk about the space between the breath, between the inhale and the exhale to notice the space, the moment of stillness. Quite often I love to talk about the quietness versus stillness. Quietness can be created by turning off devices, shutting doors, putting on ear muffs, but it doesn't necessarily create stillness. Stillness is that of ourselves. It is created within us. I often also say is how could you be the stillness in the storm?
How can you hold yourself? How can you ground yourself down? It is those moments between a conversation. It's not just the words I'm saying right now. It's the things that I'm not saying. Also, it is the energetic exchange. It is what I am projecting out. It is what you are projecting out when you are having a conversation with somebody. It's about how you're holding yourself from turning on the jug to pouring the coffee in to grabbing the milk to stirring it.
Are you staying grounded and focused and present or are you external popping off everywhere letting the monkey brain control you? These in between moments are usually wasted on cell phones. They are usually filled in with making sure that there is noise going on. TV is a perfect example between episodes on normal TV is adverts. And I don't actually have normal TV, but I was staying somewhere and we were watching normal TV. I could not believe how many adverts there were and how they bounced from one to the other to the other to the other to the other.
I was like, "Whoa, this is like hard work for my brain because it's not focused on one thing. It was jumping. We're always filling up the space with noise." But what if we didn't do that? Even if we're in a noisy household, even if there's a lot going on, radios and TVs and this and that, we can't control all of that. We work in different spaces with different people. We can't control other people as well, right?
We aren't monks sitting there doing 3 hours of meditation a day. This is exactly what we're talking about. Your everyday mediums. This is your everyday norm. How can we take a breath, pause, and breathe out and be present with the breath? How can we move from one task to another task? From parenting to work to friendships to showering to making a coffee to vacuuming.
I love what Eckhart Tolle talks about when you're folding clothes when you're literally opening the drawer or closing the door to make everything a moving meditation. This is what I do when I'm making my morning coffee. Now, I notice when I go off track, there's a lot of symptoms. For instance, I might leave the fridge open. I might accidentally tip over the whole cup of coffee and I'm like, "How did that even happen?" Or I trip over myself or hit my toe or you name it. Things happen because I'm not being present.
Sound familiar? Why am I sharing this with you? Yes, it's very simple. Yes, it's very basic. Victoria, why are you talking about this? Yes, we all need to be a little bit more present. And no, we all don't have 3 hours a day to meditate. We get it. Because when you're doing a reading for another, you want to have your presence there. And often in the spaces when you're taking that breath, when you're closing your eyes and you're like, just going to tune in for a moment, so much can happen.
We slow down to speed up like I've already said. And when we do that, our 5D expression of self comes in. And this is where we are multi playing. And it's not of the brain. The brain is beautiful, but it's very limited. When we're coming from a space of spirit mode, there is no limitations. And in that space, in those moments, in that 30 seconds or three minutes or even three seconds, you can receive so much information.
I have done particular practices in mediumship that of which I share in Magnificent Mediumship and so much can come through for another person in 30 seconds. Literally, I have a whole method for it. It's not about doing hour readings or hour and a half transmissions. It's about giving a piece of evidential mediumship to somebody really quick because time is just a tool. The third one is the people moments. When we come together with a person, whether it's remotely or whether we are with somebody physically, we have got a live feed of information literally feeding us.
And when that happens, it can be a lot. And we've learned how to shut down different things, how to look for different cues, how to answer. Most of us are thinking about what we're going to say before the person has finished saying what they want to say. We're wanting to be three steps ahead. This is something that is deeply conditioned within society and that is okay. But if you actually stop for a moment and you put into action some of what we've talked about the spaces being present in the moment, dropping those barriers down, expanding, feeling grounded within yourself.
And if you actually listen, your world will transform. You will hear beyond the words. You will see and feel. You will know what the person is actually saying. You will see where they're actually looping, where there's some patterns or cycles that need to be broken. I want you to notice what is going on in that conversation. Are you noticing the spaces when they're speaking?
Are you trying to answer with your head before they've finished or maybe finish the sentences? Are you letting the conversation breathe and grow? Because remember, consciousness and spirit is all around. It's not just about two humans conversing. Are you noticing the energy that is being exchanged? One of the biggest things that I love and teach about is the energy exchange with human beings.
Yes, there is energy exchange with spirit a thousand%. But what I'm talking about right now is humans. And when you actually hear, actually listen to what someone is saying. Acknowledging the space, the slowness, acknowledging the body language, the feeling you're doing all of these things unconsciously usually, right? We are functioning from our subconscious constantly. We are literally responding from our trained mind.
So what if you tried this instead? You watched yourself. You observed. You stayed present with what the person is saying. You stay present in the pauses. You open your heart and you simply allow yourself to receive the information and you gift from your heart. And notice what you notice. You might want to write that down. It's so simple but so profound.
Notice what you notice. Maybe you start feeling things within your body like we've already talked about. Maybe you notice a tightness in your chest. Maybe that signifies a little bit of anxiety going on. Maybe you get sharp pains in your eyes. Or maybe you feel warm and fuzzy. I know when I spend time with people that I love and I really feel their heart.
I really know this person is such a great person. I feel love. I'm feeling their love. When we have an energetic connection with another human, we can see a lot of things. We can see everything. We can see their true feelings. We can see their desires, their dreams, their ambitions. We can also feel potential ailments, potential stresses. We can hear it in their voices.
But as a spirit, we can go beyond the trained mind, beyond the physicality of reading each other on a more body language kind of level. And we can go deeper. And this is where the psychic mediumship comes in. So, it's not to fix, save, or persuade, like I said, but it's about tuning in to our everyday interactions. Always wait for an invitation or ask for an invitation if information comes through. So many times I have had a little spirit girl there.
I mean, I've got countless countless times that I can tell you about where there's been spirit or a message for the person that I'm with, but it only came through when I was there, present, noticing the spaces, noticing the feelings, and not trying to respond before the person had finished. A little memory has just popped through as we're talking. I went to a specialized naturopath. He worked with viruses and he worked with doussing wands and all these types of things. I went to him because I was having trouble sleeping. So I took my little boy Christian with me and I said to him, I can feel spirit and all these things are happening to me and he said, "I totally believe you.
Is there anyone around me right now?" And this was like at the end of our session and I said, "Yes. Well, what I'm sensing is there's a lady and there's also a little child and the lady's name is Margaret, I think it was, and she is sending her love to you and your wife and she's giving you a hug and she's a really nice lady. And he said, "That is my mother in law." And he goes, "And her name was Margaret." And I was like, "What? What? This is crazy. This is me just going to an everyday appointment because I was having sleep issues." And then I said, "Oh, who who's the child?" And he goes, "I don't know who the child is, but the child has come through so many times.
People often see a child around me. But that child came through really strong as well." The reason why I'm sharing this with you spontaneously is because my mind just came in with that example and that was so long ago. When you give yourself the space to be present, to be focused, to be where you are at rather than being beyond in the future and in the past or trying to be something when you just are, your world will explode. And that is why taking 2 to 3 minutes while the jug is boiling and really honing in to these elements of senses and question. And when you notice, so it's observation is real key here. When you notice that you're drifting off and you're going into a total different thought pattern, like I'm thinking about all these things and then all of a sudden I'm like, why am I thinking about that?
And then I tracked it back to it actually wasn't originally my thought. This is exactly the same. We are functioning from overthinking constantly. They call it the hamster wheel, right? But what if you just jumped off the hamster wheel and you practiced your presence and that was your meditative state? That was your meditation practice. And what if that two to three minutes a day was just as powerful because you're training all of those muscles?
What if it was just as powerful as a 2hour meditation? I'm curious. If time isn't actually real and it's Einstein and we can pull it and shape it and mold it, who's to say we can't quantum leap and collapse timelines and make ourselves more aware, more awake, and more psychic by tuning into who we already be. So what happens when you are doing this process? You're like 30 days. I got my phone.
I've popped it in. Day one of the jug making coffee or cup of tea or hot chocolate or whatever it is. Challenge. Give yourself a challenge and take note. But what will happen is you're going to go through a lot of motions. You might go through a lot of resistance. You might even think, "This is so stupid. This is never going to help me to tune into my gifts." You're going to have voices that are going to come in and they're going to try to knock you off your perch and go, "I don't have time for this." Just like I said at the very beginning, I already preframe this.
You're going to want to do the dishwasher. You're going to want to make the kids lunches or fold the washing. You're going to want to fill in that 3 minutes, but how often are you grabbing your cell phone and scrolling for more than 3 minutes? Imagine if you weren't consuming. What if you were just spending moments of presence rather than popping in the earbuds and consuming podcasts or even music? What if you did what Eckhart Tolle invites you to do?
Fold the washing with presence. Make the coffee with presence. Drink the cup of tea with presence. You're going to have a lot of things coming up and it is hard to stick to something for 30 days. But if you align it with something that you already do, I always have my morning coffee. It is a ritual. It is something that I love to do. I wake up in my coffee time.
I have to boil the jug. I always turn on the coffee machine. I have to open the fridge to get out the milk. What if I made this my meditative practice? And then it grows from there because you've already been through the resistance, the thoughts of this is so stupid. Why am I doing this? Oh my god, I didn't stick to it. I can't stick to anything. You just keep coming back and keep coming back and keep coming back.
Every time I go to a silent retreat, I say to my teacher, I'm going to do it this time. I'm going to practice for an hour every day, morning and night. I have never once done that. So, the last time I went to a retreat, she said something that really blew my mind. Just do 2 minutes a day. And if you skip it, don't worry. Just do it the next day. And try to do it at the same time every day.
And this is why I started the 2 minutes every morning while I'm making my coffee. And I noticed the results are so amazing is I just feel calmer and more stable and grounded to the point where people are saying, "Victoria, you feel so grounded." And I'm like, "I know. I feel grounded, too." So, I'm curious, what has resonated with you today? Does this make sense to you? Are you ready to stretch yourself a little bit to build these muscles of your psychic awareness to tune up your intuition to go deeper into your psychic abilities? I'm really curious what has resonated.
